High Protein Yoghurt Granola & Berries

    • 150g 0% Fat Greek Yoghurt

    • 30g Protein Powder (one scoop - White Chocolate flavour is our favourite!)

    • 45g Granola (plain is better)

    • 15g Chia Seeds (optional)

    • 50g Raspberries (we use frozen)

    • 50g Blueberries (we use frozen)

    1. Add Greek yoghurt to the bowl

    2. Mix in protein powder until smooth

    3. Add berries to the yoghurt and mix (especially if frozen)

    4. Top with granola (don’t mix until ready to eat)

    • If using as a dessert you can reduce the portion size to work as a snack sized portion.

    • Using frozen berries works best but make sure you mix them in and leave for 5-10 mins before mixing the granola in.
